Avon View Stays is quality accommodation boasting spacious interiors, fully self contained units, including a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and full size fridge. the Units features a spacious Bedroom, bathroom with a large shower and large vanity along with a separate toilet and washing machine. A flat-screen TV is provided and a DVD Player. We provide a continental self serve breakfast in the privacy of your own unit. The Unit includes reverse cycle air conditioning, ceiling fans and a Outdoor undercover Spa the water in the spa takes approximately 12 hours to heat, we have a Swimming Pool, along with 5 acres of Rambling Gardens and an outdoor fire place to relax around. Let me know if you would like the Spa turned on over your stay. The bed configuration in each unit is One Queen Size bed in the Main Bedroom boasting a pillow top mattress designed and approved by the Chiropractic Association of Australia, In the lounge area there is a Divan Lounge that folds out to a double bed with a very comfortable innerspring mattress. We also have single fold out beds. In the Units there are internal sliding doors seperating all areas for privacy.

There are many close by café’s, restaurants, clubs and pubs to enjoy a meal out. The pubs do have courtesy buses that can pick you up and drop you home. You can relax and put your feet up and enjoy a glass of our local wine on the balcony why you cook your own meal, or take away meals are available and ordered in. Avon View Stays is located very close to the township of Gloucester a short 5 minute drive. The nearest large airport is Newcastle Airport, 83 km from the property. The other regional airport is Taree.
Avon View Stays in situated on 5 Acres of rambling manicured grounds and gardens, the planting attracts lots of native birds, King Parrots and Lorikeets. On the decks there is also outdoor tables for the guests to enjoy the tranquil setting, read their favourite book or magazine. This may include a beautiful glass of wine or favourite beverage. Avon View Stays has the swimming pool for guests to use and an undercover Large Spa outdoor (hot tub). The guests need to ask for the spa to be turned on before they come in as it takes approximately 12 hours to heat the water – relax in the spa heated to a 36 degree Celsius.
